Deja vu!

About 2 weeks ago, I had the same situation! I even accused my 5-year-old of somehow bringing about it's demise! Then two days later, I turned on the light and there it was again! I thought it was a ghost!

I finally figured out that it had been hiding out inside the plastic "rock" formation in the center of our tank. There is a hole in the bottom and I guess it burrowed through the gravel to get to it.
