Pregnant Pakistani Loach (again!)

For all of you that were interested, the loach is about 4" long and about 1" wide! (well nearly). Apparently she swells up like this every spring and then goes down over night (we presume that she spawns and all the others in the tank munch the eggs). We have set up a spare tank using water, gravel and weeds from her current tank and are aiming to transfer her and the other two pakistani loaches into this new tank. We are hoping that the shock of moving coupled with the extra space will make her spawn. We are also hoping that one of the other loaches are male, if not both of them. This is the plan anyway I just hope she does not spawn before we get the tank settled and have chance to move her or all the other fish in the tank will munch the eggs. Does anyone know anything about water care, temperature, pH etc for spawning and looking after spawn? I am still lacking
