Yo Yo's or B. Histrionica?

On Wednesday, I went to one of my LFS's and saw a tank full of Yo Yo Loaches, that were labeled as "Botia Rostrata." I knew for sure they were all Yo Yo Botias, but there was one specimen that was smaller than the rest of the Botias, that were mostly around the 4 inch range. This specimen was about 1.5 inchesm and had black bars like the Yo Yo Loaches, but had non of the "O's" that usually follow the "Y's."

Here is my question. Could this specimen actually be a Botia Histrionica, or is it just a small fish, that has not yet developed the "O's" yet? Thnak you for any suggestions.

Mike
