I wonder if some folks are just a little too shy to post on a public forum? It may be less threatening to write a personal email for some, and thus avoid the embarrassment of asking what they might consider "basic questions?"

...but you're right, Martin. The collective wealth of knowledge here on this forum is quite good. I'd write a list here, but I'd undoubtedly leave someone out...and I don't mean to offend...but you know who you are! I know I've learned a great deal from LOL, and I continue to learn from y'all.
