Hill-stream?

I am thinking about adding Hillstream loaches (like borneo or myseri) to my 29 in the near future. I wanted to know what kind of special requirments that they might have. I have a Fluval 304 canister, which turns over the water allmost 12 times an hour, and grear oxygenation as well as water flow(You can see bubles, and detrius being pushed around the tank). My nitrate is around 20ppm. My temp is 76-76F. My pH is about 6.8 I currently have one dwarf Galaxy Pleco, 10 Harlequin Rasboras, 2 quarter sized Angels, 4 Corys, and will be adding 4 ottos later this week. I have brown, smoth grain gravel, numerous rocks and caves, and some drift wood. I wanted to know if a setup like this would be apropriate, and if these fish have any
