Dojo "weather" loach discovery.....

Hi y'all. You may not remember, but I had some time ago posted about the fact that I never see my Dojo's, as they are always hiding unless I move their rock. Well, I think I have solved/figured out the problem. I was in a lfs with a pond display that had Koi and very active Dojo's. He told me that in addition to more competition for food, 1) it was medium warm, 2) the light simulated daylight, and 3) they weren't fed everyday. Hmmm. My 25g doesn't get a whole lot of light until yesterday, so I got a light. And didn't feed the fish last night. This AM the Dojo's came out for at least 10 minutes to get food. Hmmmm. I think I'm on to something...........
