I am currently treating my four clowns for ich, and clamped fins has definitely been a symptom. However, in my experience, clowns will lower their dorsal fin just when they are feeling anti-social or stressed. As a previous person said, I would keep keep an eye on your clown. When he is feeling better, get him some buddies and he'll be happier.
