Sorry this must be a really stupid question but i have always had 10 gallon tanks and acouple 30's and had undergravel filters in there but now i have swiched to canister filters on my new 30 long "ALL GLASS AQUARIUM" brand aquarium. I was just asking do i need to have the undergravel filter plate"just the plate" or not i was affraid if i just put rock in there that it would crush the glass under it with pressure of water and rock or can i just put the rock and everything in there or gravel in there without any probs?
