Maybe he's right. Maybe he's wrong. Remember that he's human and that anyone can get published - even Axelrod makes mistakes, as we all know. I don't know about this specific person, but I've seen people publish outrageous opinions sometimes. Remember that hobbyist magazines don't come under scientfic review! :-)
