Moving Clowns after Ich

I have four small clowns (1") in a 15 gallon tank. They are recovering from an attack of ich which I have been treating with salt and raised temperatures. I have been changing water and gravel vacuuming every two to three days. I have seen no sign of ich for about two weeks and have now started lowering the temperature (but not the salt yet) down from the high eighties. I now have freed up enough space in my 35 gallon to move them to that but I do not want to transfer ich to that tank as it also contains loaches (Khulis and Striatas). How long should I wait before I move my Clowns to the 35 gallon and how soon should I aim to remove/dilute the salt as I do not use salt in the other tank.
Also I have noticed that my Striatas (2") sometimes butt my Red Finned Shark and my Firemouths (all about 3" long). Will th
