Small Loaches

I'm planning a stock for a SE asian tank, and am looking for a smaller loach than the Clown (!!!) Something with a max size of less than 4", that has a body shape like the clown (ie: not the kuhli loach) but swims along the bottom. I was thinking the Dwarf Loach, but the profile here says they are middle-swimming fish, not bottom. Any favorite loach species that fit this desrciption? Also, how would they get along with either a red-tailed or red-finned (rainbow) shark. This is going to be into a 75 gallon tank with Tiger barbs (somewhere around 10) and giant danios (about 5-7), and the afforementioned shark. I'm planning heavy planting, but lots of low plants, so plenty of open swimming space, and alot of circulation in the water. TIA
