Half-banded loach

Hi Yesterday, I bought three very cute, inquisitive little loaches that were marked as Green Hillstream Loaches. They went in my cool water tank with one Black Moor goldfish (4") and two weatherloaches (6"). I was told they like the cooler water, is this accurate? They have been happily playing in the air stone and bubblewall bubbles with the dojos and the 5 loaches do the loach pile thing so they are getting along. The Half-banded guys went nuts for tubifex worms - any other fav foods? Does anyone have more info on these wonderful loaches they could share with me? Also, the store clerk said I could put 3 clown loaches in my 30g tank and they would be okay size wise for 10 years - this seems overcrowded - opinions? Thanks
