Need some advice

As you all have read I recently aqired 3 Kuhlis and one brown Kuhli looking thing. :)

I was intending to put them in the 75 gallon tank with the loaches but have since thought that maybe the loaches would consider them a good snack as they are pretty small (really small) and really do look like worms. :)

I have some options on what tanks to put put them in and I was looking for some suggestion from folks that have more experiance with Loaches than I have.

I have a 10 gallon planted tank with 2 female betas and 2 cory cats. This is a cooler tank so its definately an option at least until they grow some. I has a sand over kitty litter substrate.

I also have a slate bottomed 5 gallon on my desk at work which houses a male beta and some hornwort. This seems way too small to hold anymore fish.
