Interesting modesta behavior observed

While I was sitting and watching all my fish, relaxing somewhat while recovering from work, I noticed something interesting. Poking out of a cave underneath the driftwood in my modesta tank was, you guessed it, a modesta. Well, it swam out... and out from behind it pokes another blue face! This sat and watched me back for a while, then it swam out... and another took its place!
A small amount of examination produced the explanation for this little bit of loachy ledgerdemain.. the modestas have dug a tunnel (in the gravel under the driftwood) from the back of the largest piece of driftwood to the front, so they can "take the tunnel" if they want to move from the front of the aquarium to the rear and back unseen!
