egg carring botias

I have had Yo yo botias in the past, and have good luck maintaining them, but I must have always had males. Now I have three, 3 inch loaches, two of which are full of eggs and look like they are about to explode. They have been this way for at least 2-3 weeks. Is there anything specail I should do for my loaches when they are in this condition? I'm not really trying to breed them, I just don't want the two pregnant ones to become over-stressed and die. The three loaches are in a 12 gal tank with 1 alge eater, two mollies, some live plants, and lots of caves and tubes for hiding.
