In Response To: Loaches and zucchini - a question (Iris)

Hi Iris,

I'm guessing here, but what you call zucchini is what i (in england) might call spiniach? I decided to try my hillstreams on spinach..the results were hillarious, if my loaches could have kissed me they would have done...they almost seemed to be wagging their tails wth glee!! LOL !! I also picked some baby leaves from the garden, and they loved these. I always assumed that the reason people boiled things was to get rid of pesticides and things like that. I just steam mine for about a minute, they sink ok, and the loaches love'em !!
