pumped up and ready to breed....!

I have my Asian muddy pond motif ready and I was just wondering if anybody had any suggestions for overwintering/breeding. The water is murky, but not so murky that the loaches can't be seen. There is a Hygrophilla plant along with some floating Java Fern. The substrate is loam, peat, sand and gravel. I was going to include a bamboo shrimp. Judging from the name, it is native to Asia, but does anybody know? And can shrimp survive 45-65 degrees Farenheit temps? I am open to any suggestions, and thanks for all the help you have given me.
