Wounded Beaufrotia.

Today I noticed a small wound on the "cheek" of one of my Beaufortia. The area is pink,(no blood) and about the size of a pin head. Otherwise he seems OK Apparently he got in a fight with someone. Perhaps one of the Pseudogastromyzon cheni? Anyway, anyone have any suggestions for treatment? Should I just leave it alone?
