In my opinion that is fine, but as Dave Guest likes to say, Your Mileage May Vary. No one can offer a guarantee because fish are individuals. But it sounds OK to me.

When the plecos get bigger you may have a problem - some seem to become carnivorous with size and age. But right now they sound OK - the biggest one is in with the loaches who can probably look after themselves quite nicely.
