Please help- one loach out of 3 seems very sick

I have three beautiful clown loaches that I have enjoyed now for a year and a half. They are together with neon tetras, a pleco, and two gouramis. I change the water once a week (30-40%), watch PH (6.5-7), and keep the tank very clean and well aerated. The loaches have been our pride and joy, and never sick. But..

It's been five days now, and one of the three loaches is not well. He spends most of his time lying down, his breathing is very fast, and he won't eat. The other two are fine, are dancing around and have their usual voracious appetites. I can't see anything wrong with King Loach (we call him that, because he is the biggest and has beautiful markings). No spots, no fuzzy stuff,
