help bubbles in tank

This is a message that my friend tried posting, but it didn't work.

This isn't about loaches but I don't know where else to go. About 3 weeks ago I noticed alot of tiny bubbles in my tank and there were little bubbles on my sucker. Then roughly 5 days later he was dead. Now I noticed a lot of bubbles again and now my red-tailed shark has bubbles on him( mainly his fins and face). I have an air stone that I turned off. My ph is 7.0 and temp is 79. I can't think of anything that could do this except for a few days my temperature rose during the day because my tank is near a window then it dropped at night a range of about 82-77 degrees. It once got up to 88 but the temperature is holding steady for about 3 days now at 77-78. I'm going to change the tank to a bigger one and move it. My tank is 5
