New loaches acting normal

My three new Botia striata and two Botia pulchra(I think) have finally started acting "normal" at least in loachy terms. They are now coming out and eating. The pulchras in particular come out, excitedly, when I put in the flakes or bloodworms for the school of dwarf neon rainbows. The striatas are getting a bit more bold too. Both types of loaches, however, don't seem to be as crazy about the pelleted food as are the hillstream loaches in my other tank. They do like freeze dried tubifex though. What are some of the rest of you feeding your loaches, striatas and pulchras in particular? They get along with each other well. In fact, the pulchras seem to like running w
