If you click on the link below, you'll see the Feeding section of the Loach Almanac - hopefully, everything you'll need to know about feeding your loaches will be in this. There'll be other sections becoming available over the coming months ... To answer your questions, as much as they can consume in about 15 minutes, once or twice a day - before going to work/college/school, and again in the evening just before lights-out works for me.
