I was just browsing the guestbook entries again and noticed that there's a lot of people leaving messages asking for advice on various topics. Does anyone email these people? Jeff maybe? Just thinking that if they were sent some basic info then given a URL to the relevent section of the site or to the forum there'd be a greater chance they'd join us here on a regular basis...
