Sex differences in Clowns

Hello all,

We were at our LFS today doing the usual food purchasing when we came across a lone loach (such a crime in my books). We took a closer look and noticed that the eyes of this loach were set farther forward than those of our clowns. This seemed to give it a "fat-head" effect(teehee). A closer inspection revealed that the caudal fin was dramatically different than ours also. We couldn't resist so he came home to seven very anxious friends.

When we put this oddball next to ours it was a night and day difference!!! It was fatter, paler, and the eyes WERE set much farther foreward than thoes of his tankmates. Our question is can you tell sex differences of 4 inch clown loaches. By the way, the caudal fins of our original loaches are blunted at t
