Listless Black Khuli

I recently bought me a pair of black khuli loaches from my local petsmart (not my favorite place to shop, but hey, I was there). I named them Flake and Fluke. Now, the smaller one (who has smaller, worn down looking barbels. I didn't want that one but the guy wouldn't catch me a different one ::Flat look::) is really listless while the other one (Flake) is really active both day and night. This one sits at the bottom and doesn't do anything (eating is one of those things that I never see him do, then again, how do I know if he is eating or not. It is a heavily plastic planted tank), even in the middle of the night. I was wonder what you suggest I do for this. I already took him out and put him in the hospital tank, he was so listless that he didn't even put up a fight when the net came down on h
