Surprisingly enough, my RTS only chases the smallest group of tetras. He does not bother the loaches AT ALL. In fact, you'll see one of the clowns up against the RTS, but he never goes after them. That's why I don't want to give away the tetras because I'm afraid the RTS might just start chasing loaches instead. I'd say my RTS is about 3 1/2 body length. He's very fat. I'd like to know what he snacks on when I don't see.
