loach- how big of tank do I need?

I just recently purchased a loach (my first) and have come to discover that I need to buy them in, at least pairs because they are very social. I currently have a fully cycled 46 gallon tank which has the following fish:

3 male mollies 1 rafael catfish 6 corys 4 otocinclus 2 tetras

My loach is about 3 inches long right now and I would love to add another one but I'm afraid that my tank is too small. Could anyone please advise if I have room for another loach?
