Can someone tell me what this bump is?

Can someone tell me what this bump is? The fish is not acting wierd, eats and looks healthy except for the bump. It looks similar to pimple and has a tiny cream colored dot at the peak of the bump. It may be getting larger or it might be me mentally magnifying the problem. More importantly if someone knows what it is, could you outline a course of action?
