Internal Columnaris?

Hi there. I am a new hobbyist, and have been reading through your forum with great interest. I also am in desperate need of help!!! I have been doing research on diseases through various web sources about fish disease.

My angel fish that I bought a week ago, I believe have an internal infection. They have white feces with bubbles, sometimes stringy, and hide in the corner of the tank when the light is switched off, sometimes flashing ONLY in the dark. Now, they are slightly puffed out! I have read that this could be caused by internal columnaris. I also read through your forum, many people who wrote about columnaris for their loaches seemed to be dealing with external.
