There are 5 types of managment theory I learnt today in my "managment" lecture and here they are:

1) The "mushroom" manager: Keeps his employees in the dark and feeds them bullshit at least once a week.

2) The "seagull" manager: Involves "flying" into an organizational outpost, dumping all over them and flying back out again.

3) The "kipper" manager: (referes to fillited fish) is two faced and has no guts.

4)The "juggler" manager: they are experts at keeping other peoples balls in the air while protecting their own.

5) The "absentee landlord/golf-club" manager: often "out" doing other things to do managmant. This styl
