clown loaches

I recently bought two clown loaches. I tried to get the most active ones from my fish dealer's tank. I have them all situated in the tank. One of the clown loaches is fine, it acts normal (swims around, sleeps, eats fine). The other loach is very inactive now. Even during feedings, it just lies on its side on the bottom of the tank (I heard this is normal behavior, but all day?) The fish will become active if I try to net it. It will swim around for a while, then in about 2 minutes, go back to lying on its side. Is there something wrong, or is it just this loach's personality?

It's a little conscerning. Any ideas?
Thanks a bunch
