i have a pair of yoyos...

Hello folks,
had this pair for about a month. The larger yoyo takes pleasure in chasing the smaller one. They're about 1.5 inches long in a 29gal.

Been trying unsuccessfully to get a third one to see if that would help the situation.

But I've noticed also that these guys seem stay on opposite sides of the tank most of the time. Their behavior is quite unlike that of a pair of clowns I used to have... they stuck together like glue.

I guess my question is would putting them in separate tanks be an acceptable long term arrangement? Thanks for any advice. T
