Blue Botia, Ick is back. : ( now what)

It has been about two weeks since I first posted that had Ick. The spots cleared up in about three days after I started treating the tank. Now it is back again and I don't know what to do. I did what was suggested increase the temeperature in the tank to 82 F, darkend the tank, put in an air stone, aquarium salt, and treated with jungle II ick gaurd for scaless fish. After a week of treating the tank at full strength I decreased the dosage to half dose. But I admit I thought I was through it And its been so busy at work I'm not sure I may have missed a day or something. I was allready planing to get him some friends a few days from now on the two week mark. But when I checked him last night I saw he has more spots. what else can I do or did I do more wrong than just decreasing the dosage.
