Sometimes fish are worse than kids, they can get themselves is the strangest fixes. While watching my fish have their breakfast, I noticed the strangest thing sticking out of a tiny hole in a shell, it was the body of my dwarf marbled catfish. I didn't think the hole in the shell was large enough to cause problems, he proved me wrong. He somehow got his head in the hole and got stuck, he was really wedged in. Nothing to do but scoop him and shell out in a cup of water. I oh so carefully chipped around the hole to give him room to back out, but of course, he's not going to take the easy way out, he swam forward and into the spiral camber of the shell. Another half hour of careful chipping and I was finally able to open the shell enough to shake him out, none the worse for the experience. Needless to say, I've gone th
