Possible parasite infection?

Hi, I recently added a third clown loach to an established 135 gal tank. The tank is a comunity tank with good water chemistry and O2. Have had no problems with the other fish since setting up, but this new loach is always breathing very fast. It lays out on a rock on it's side (I know some loahes do that) But he is always breathing ike he's been chased around the tank a few times (He hasn't). I'm wondering if he might have a gill parasite. I don't see anything really out of the ordinary on inspection, though his lips might be pufffed up a bit, though that's probably just him sticking them out a bit because he's huffing so much water. I've temporarity seperated him from the other fish for observation. Should I be worried? Or might is this more or less normal for a clown loach?
