We just purchased two more dojos the other day. The specialist in the fish department said he hated ordering them because they always shipped him warm water ones, and only about 1 out of 5 in his batches live. Well, both of the ones we got (which were great when we put them in the tank) are now very pale, and swimming upside down, sideways, even at the top of the tank. One of them rolls himself up into a ball while doing all of this even. My question is, what is causing this? The acclimation from warm to cold water? Disease? I know they'll be dead within the next couple of days if there isn't some kind of remedy for this. Please, any info would be extremely helpful.
P.S. Our two original dojos are still completely fine, as are the rest of the fish in the coldwater tank.
