Heaters in Hawaii?

Hello,

I've never owned a heater for my tanks before. I live in Hawaii, do I need a heater? I think here in Hawaii you need a heater only if you own discus fish or salt water fish.

The temperature on a average day is somewhere between 75-80 degrees. An average year varies about 70-86 degrees. Only during winter months can the temperature go below 70, but only for a week or so.
