Ich...BLAH...and Blue Botias

Well, a few days ago, shortly after another emerald cory died in the coldwater tank (now down to 1 spotted and 1 emerald left), we noticed the big black moor had ich like you would not believe. Possibly because of the small ammonia spike we had? But it came out of nowhere like lightning it seemed, maybe also because the carbon had been out of the filter for a week due to the Melafix we'd been running for the dojos.

The tank is NOW running RidIch, the two dojos in quarantine with Melafix, as I mentioned in my last post. The moor seemed to be almost entirely rid of it all, and today we noticed another bad thing....all the other fish now have it...ugh.

Looks like it's time to start doing 12 hr treatments instead of 24.
