Do loaches clean up?

Ok, in my aquarium there is one catfish (Ancistrus dolichopterus), three hillstream(?) loaches and two Siamese Algae Eaters, all of them living on the ground, obviously.

I was told that I need some Corydoras for cleaning up the ground, but I think my tank is getting too crowded now. Do loaches have any cleaning abilities, too? Mine dig around in the ground, but will they eat up remains of food and so on?
