Bloated Weather Loach

Help!! My weather loach has swelled up again. This time it is swollen on both sides from just in front of it's dorsal fin right back to it's tail. The scales appear to be sticking out. It also seems to be having a problem with it's buoyancy at its tail end, it floats up slightly when the loach is resting. It's fins are clamped some of the time. However it is still behaving normally and eating. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my fish? Could it be a swimbladder problem (where is it inside weather loaches?), is there anything can I do to help the fish? The other weather loach appears to be fine.
Thanks
