Dr. Momfish - Help! Levamisole ???

Dr. Momfish,

fist, thank you for your expertise and research in this area.

Two days ago I dosed the aquarium with metronidazole. Today I was going to do about a 1/3 water change.

1) After the water change can I safely dose the tank with Levamisole or should I run a carbon filter for a day to make sure the tank is free of metronidazole first?

2) I read the FAQs & one of my fish definitely has a callamanus (or is it camallanus) infestation where I can see the red worms out of his anus (my paradise fish). Should I go with 200mg per 10 gallons, the 800mg per 10 gallons you used for a similar infestation, or split the difference and go with 400mg per 10 gallons?

Thanks in advance!
