Size of Shistura savonas?

Some may remember that I had a problem determining what sort of loaches I have. I have come to the conclusion that they must be Shisture savonas (Half-banded loaches).

In fishbase.org they say that the standard length is 2.4 cm (4 inches).

My loaches, however, are 4 cm long. I extra checked with fishbase.org that they didn't made a conversion mistake - no, it's really 2.4 cm, as far as they know.

So here's my question: do you have other reports on how long Shistura savonas usually are?
