Sick Black Kuhlis

I have a couple of black kuhlis who were just fine until I introduced a few regular kuhlis to the tank. Then the black ones developed white-to-greenish spots all over. I assumed this was ICH so I am treating with Maracide according to the package directions, this is the fourth day and still no change. Should I continue treatment in this fashion, treat with a variety of meds or what? The temp of the tank is 76-78, I am afraid to raise it any higher for fear of stressing them too much. It is also a planted tank, so I did not want to use a med with formalin like "quick cure".
