White Slime

I have had 5 african dwarf frogs and one swordtail die in the last week from a heavily planted 15 gallon hex which had 3 swords, 6 kuhlis and 5 frogs.

All had a white slimy substance on there skin. Also, the swords belly was bloated and discoloured (Very dark).

I seperated the frogs into a hospital tank after the first one died but now a fish has died in the display tank.

I am really worried about the rest of my fish. Does any one have any ideas as to what could be causing the deaths?

The kuhlis seem fine, at least the ones I have seen.

Help.
