Clown Loaches at 77 deg F?

Will this work? Some people say nothing lower then 80 F and I've seen healthy ones kept in the high 70's around 77. This site reccomends 75 - 86. 77 is the highest I can go with my current fish. Will this be okay for Clown Loaches?

Thanks!
