Hi everyone,
I just bought 2 Clown Loachs for my 55g. They seem to be doing fine once they got used to their new home.
Their tank mates consist of 4 neons, 4 head/tail lite tetras,4 albino tiger barbs, 2 blue gourmais, 1 honey gourmais, 1 betta and 2 algae eaters.
The water conditions, ph. 7.6 (I am lowering it slowly) Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Carbonate Hardness 2deg dKH,General Hardness 5 deg.dGh.
The tank is planted somewhat heavily with rocks and drift wood (no tannins.
The substrate is 1/4 red stone (didn't like it so I took most of it out) covered with white playsand.
Are the water conditions and tank mates compatible with clown loachs? I know I should have checked before I bought them but They are really neat fish I had to get.
I feed mostly high protein flake food, some freez
