Levamisole hydrochloride again: mg vs ml?

I was reading the information about Levamisole hydrochloride on www.loaches.com. But, I think I'm confused on the units and I wanted a sanity check. They talk about the proper amount of milligrams to add per liter of water.

Okay. So, I've come across a place on the web that sells Levamisole hydrochloride in its liquid form. But it is sold in 100ml (not mg) and 500ml bottles ($13.75 and $59.95 respectively). They are pipestone vet supply, and I've put it as an optional URL in this mesage.

So here's the stupid question. How do I deal with the different units? Mg is a measure of weight. Ml is a measure of volume. Or what the heck?
