Help Yo-Yo Loach Experts - Snails & Shrimp

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some assistance please.

I am interested in getting one or two Yo-Yo Loaches for a heavily planted freshwater aquarium. I have a zillion Malaysian Trumpet Snails (MTS) that I want to get under control (not eradicate).

In my tank, among the inhabitants, including Tetras, Otos, Gouramis, etc., are about a dozen algae eating Grass Shrimp (Caridina japonica)that help control the algae.

My question is this: will the Yo-yo Loaches bother my shrimp?

I ask this question as I have recieved varying responses on Clown Loaches, but I am hoping that Yo-Yo Loaches will do the trick.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Mike in SoCal
