Anybody breed snails for their loaches?

How do you go about doing it? I have had snails for quite sometime and they have never bred. I bought 8 very tiny snails today for .80 cents and was going to toss them to the clowns but decided to put them in a currently empty 10gal. with another very large snail. I was hoping they might breed so I will have a large supply of snails for my clowns.

Also I have weather loaches, Horsefaced loaches, and a botia robusta, will any of these eat snails also?
